RETURN POLICY

**1. Returns and Refunds**

 

We at Loaded Gallery want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please note that this policy applies only to items purchased directly from our website. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping and handling costs. Type of RefundsStore credit will be provided for the total item cost minus the original shipping expenses. 

 

Types of Returns :

1. Store Credit 

Once the return is completed, the Client will be issued a credit code equivalent to the total value of the returned items, available for use towards upcoming purchases.

Store Credit:
- Valid for all store items with no expiry date.
- Cannot be combined with other Store Credits.

2. Refund Policy (EU CLIENTS ONLY):

   - Refunds will be initiated upon verification and acceptance of returned items by Loaded Gallery.

   - For Credit Card payments, refunded amounts will typically reflect within 14 days and appear on the next billing statement, subject to Credit Card Company processing times.

   - Bank Wire Transfer payments will be refunded to the original account.

   - Refunds will match the currency of the initial purchase. Any discrepancies due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Customized products, Consignment Products, Parfums, Socks, Underwear and Swimsuits.

 

**2. Eligibility for Returns**

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

 

**3. Return Process**

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at loadedskk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you can ship the item to our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged.

 

**4. Refund Processing**

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

 

**5. Exchanges**

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
